Intern in the Innovation & Development department within Skin Care, where I developed ideas from initial concepts through prototyping and ultimately to product launch and market tracking. Working within an agile team, I provided cross-functional support for the development of new products. I also gathered market information, conducted trend and user research, and competitor analysis, which I presented to the innovation manager to inform key design decisions.
